Guides, cost discussions, sizing suggestions and construction explanations published here are general educational content. Every property is different. Nothing on this website constitutes engineering advice, a guarantee of code compliance or a binding price. Requirements for permits, setbacks, foundations and structural design vary by jurisdiction and by site.

Quotes and pricing

Ballpark figures given by phone or shown in guides are estimates only. A binding price exists only in a written quote issued by us for your specific project, and remains valid for the period stated on that quote. Material availability and pricing can change. Discovered site conditions, customer-requested changes and access problems can affect scope, schedule and cost; we discuss any such change with you before proceeding.

Scheduling

Construction timelines are estimates. Weather, ground conditions, supplier lead times and permitting can affect schedules. We communicate delays as soon as we know about them.

Customer responsibilities

Unless our written scope says otherwise, the customer is responsible for providing accurate property line information, disclosing known underground utilities, septic systems and easements, and arranging reasonable site access for delivery and construction equipment.

Warranty

Workmanship warranty terms are stated in your project agreement. Manufactured components carry the warranties offered by their manufacturers. Damage from misuse, unauthorized alteration, neglect or extreme weather events is not covered.

Intellectual property

Text, images and design on this site belong to Kentucky Pole Barn Builders unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Kentucky law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or reliance on its general information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
